Enjoy the natural beauty of the Greek islands and the calmness of sailing in a private cruise, where you can follow Vinyasa classes, mediation and nutrition (optionally there is a cook to prepare relevant menu, based on local, biological ingredients through out the week).
The cruise is suitable for all levels of Yoga experience, as the Intrustor can adapt the classes to your own level of experience. Yoga instructors are certified by the Yoga Alliance Association.
Plan of the Cruise
Enjoy a 7 days / 7 nights sailing cruise in the Greek islands. Embarkation takes place in Athens marinas and the cruise includes 6 of the Greek islands. Each morning you enjoy a vinyasa class, that takes place in a selected beach! Enjoy the unique nature colors during sun rise, the beautiful beaches in the Greek islands, the crystal sea waters.
After the refreshing exercise, the vessel sails to the next island; destination is either the picturesque port or another secret cove, usually with access by the sea. During the relaxing afternoon, takes place a mediation session, where the Yoga instructor coordinates a discussion about calmness and inner balance. Each participant contributes their own experience or subject in the discussion.
When there is a cook onboard, the Yoga instructor gives some hints about healthy and balanced nutrition, while the arrange with the cook for relevant meals, according to your preferences (better be stated before the trip) and based on natural, local products.
The cook prepares three meals a day.
In the next morning, you enjoy the physical exercises in the beach and then you sail for the next island.
After 7 days on the yacht, you will have gained significant
- Cyclades route: Athens, Kea, Serifos, Antiparos, Paros, Syros, Kythnos and return to Athens.
- Saronic route: Athens, Poros, Ermioni, Spetses, Hydra, Dhokes, Aegina and return to Athens.
The final selection of the route depends on weather condition and your own preferences.
